You will be greeted with a friendly smile and offered a beverage to make you feel right at home. To ensure a seamless first visit, we will kindly ask you to fill out this New Guest Form.
During your first visit, your stylist will work with you to create a roadmap not only for that visit but for future visits to help you achieve your long-term hair goals. You’re coming to Fringe Salon for a color service, we’ve got you covered! Your stylist will create a custom color blend specifically for you, which will be meticulously tracked in our computer system. This way, it will be readily available for each visit. If you enjoy changing your hair color periodically, no worries! Our stylists keep track of every color blend we do, allowing us to recreate any previous color you loved.
At Fringe Salon, our stylists have received extensive training to consider factors such as face shape, lifestyle, and your desired hair goals. Our stylists will share styling tricks and tips to help you achieve your desired looks at home.
As your first visit comes to a close, your stylist will provide professional recommendations for at-home hair care and help you schedule your next visit. Shortly after your initial appointment, your stylist will reach out to ensure your new style is meeting your expectations and complementing your lifestyle. We eagerly await your next visit to Fringe Salon, where we will continue to provide you with outstanding service and care.
To access Fringe Salon’s online booking system, please follow the provided link. Once on the page, scroll to the bottom and select “JOIN.” This will prompt you to create an account, and upon completion, you will be redirected to a page where you can click “SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT NOW.”
As a new guest at Fringe Salon, when booking your color service online, please choose “New Guest Color (online booking).” If you are interested in a consultation for extensions, select “New Guest Extension Consult (online book).” You can then select your desired stylist or choose “any service provider” if you don’t have a preference. The system will display the available time slots for your appointment.
Please note that there is a $50.00 scheduling fee due at the time of booking. This fee will be applied towards your service on the day of your appointment. However, if you fail to show up or cancel your appointment, the $50.00 fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
