Our Story
Hi, we’re Bekah and Janna, owners of Fringe Salon.
In 2013, we took a leap of faith and opened Fringe with just three chairs, 300 square feet, very little money in the bank, and a whole lot of trust in God. What started as a dream between two friends has grown into a thriving salon filled with talented stylists and an incredible community of guests we are honored to serve.
At Fringe, our mission is simple: We want every person who walks through our doors to feel seen, heard, valued, and welcomed. We believe beauty is about more than great hair—it’s about building confidence, creating meaningful connections, and helping people feel their best.
Known by some as the “Steel Magnolias of Sioux Falls,” we strive to create a space filled with laughter, encouragement, friendship, and faith. Whether stories are shared, tears are shed, or prayers are spoken, we hope you feel the difference when you’re here.
